Quick Protein snack recipe!

Easy, bite sized, chocolate protein snack recipe!

With all the protein snacks I see that are just junk food, I decided to make my own – and they taste amazing. These will help keep you satisfied in between meals AND because they’re made with Allulose will help suppress appetite!

I just added these to my recipe list for all of my fitness/nutrition clients too!

Gabbi’s healthy chocolate protein snacks recipe:

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (no added sugars)
  • 1 Tbsp Allulose
  • 1 Tbsp pure monk fruit.
  • 1-1/2 servings of Truvani chocolate protein powder

Melt coconut oil and almond butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add Allulose, monk fruit, and protein powder and stir.

Pour into silicone cookie molds.

Freeze for 30 minutes.
